Get Started
Creating a new Mailer account is quick and easy.
Sign Up
1. Navigate to the Sign Up page
Go to https://app.withtheranks.coop/register or click "Sign Up" from the login page.
2. Enter your email address
Provide a valid email address that you have access to. This will be used for account verification and important notifications.
3. Create a strong password
Your password should be:
- At least 8 characters long
- Include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Not be easily guessable
4. Submit the form
Click "Register" to create your account.
5. Check your email
You'll receive a verification email within a few minutes.
Important: You must verify your email address before you can log in to your account.
Email Verification
After signing up, you need to verify your email address to activate your account.
1. Check your inbox
Look for an email from Mailer with the subject "Verify your email address."
Tip: Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder or request a new verification email from the login page.
2. Click the verification link
The email contains a unique verification link. Click it to verify your account.
3. Confirmation
You'll be redirected to a confirmation page, and your account will be activated.
Resending Verification Email
If you didn't receive the verification email:
- Go to the login page
- Try to log in with your credentials
- You'll see a message prompting you to verify your email
- Click "Resend" to get a new verification email
Login
Once your email is verified, you can log in to your account.
1. Go to the login page
Navigate to https://app.withtheranks.coop/login
2. Enter your credentials
- Email: The email address you registered with
- Password: Your account password
3. Click "Login"
You'll be redirected to your dashboard.
Login Failed? Make sure your email is verified and your credentials are correct. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option.
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.
1. Click "Forgot Password"
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link.
2. Enter your email
Provide the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your email
You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
4. Click the reset link
The email contains a unique link to reset your password. Click it.
5. Create a new password
Enter and confirm your new password.
6. Log in
Use your new password to log in to your account.
Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours for security reasons.
