Managing Email Campaigns

View and manage all your email campaigns from the organization dashboard.

Viewing Campaigns

Your organization dashboard shows all campaigns:

Draft Campaigns:

  • Not yet sent
  • Can be edited
  • Can be deleted

Sent Campaigns:

  • Already sent to contacts
  • Shows send date
  • Displays statistics
  • Cannot be edited

Scheduled Campaigns:

  • Waiting to send
  • Shows scheduled date/time
  • Can be unscheduled (cancelled)
  • Can be edited before send time

Editing Campaigns

Editing Drafts

  1. Click on a draft campaign
  2. Make changes in the editor
  3. Changes auto-save
  4. Click Send when ready

Editing Scheduled Campaigns

  1. Find the scheduled campaign
  2. Click to open editor
  3. Make changes
  4. Changes auto-save
  5. Campaign sends at scheduled time

Sent Campaigns

Sent campaigns cannot be edited. Create a new campaign if you need to send updated content.

Deleting Campaigns

  1. Click on the campaign
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Cannot delete scheduled campaigns. Unschedule first, then delete.

Organizing Campaigns

Use clear campaign names to stay organized:

  • Include date or purpose
  • Use consistent naming conventions
  • Add descriptions for complex campaigns

Examples:

  • "Newsletter - December 2024"
  • "Event Reminder - Town Hall"
  • "Welcome Series - Email 1"

Campaign Statistics

View performance metrics for sent campaigns:

Delivery:

  • Total sent
  • Delivered
  • Bounced

Engagement:

  • Opens
  • Unique opens
  • Clicks
  • Unique clicks

Unsubscribes:

  • Number of unsubscribes
  • Unsubscribe rate

Click on a sent campaign to see detailed statistics.
